What is power leveling? Power leveling means getting your character to the maximum level as quickly as possible. The term does not define the method of accomplishing that goal, only the goal itself.
You’ve probably read many advertisements, or been spammed in-game with advertisements, for companies selling “power leveling” services. You first need to understand that it is never a good idea to use these services, and to understand that what they are offering is not power leveling. Using these services is a terms of service violation, which puts you at risk of having your account canceled. By giving your login information to a third party, you also put yourself at risk of being scammed, and having your account stolen. Many of these companies use leveling methods, such as botting, which will also get your account banned.
Besides all of the above, you can get faster results doing it yourself, risk free and cost free.
Power leveling can be boiled down to a simple formula: You level your character by only focusing on activities that gain you experience as quickly as possible. The two popular methods for World of Warcraft are by grinding (killing the same monsters over and over again in an area, then moving to the next higher level group of suitable monsters, and so on) and quest stacking (researching quests and grouping them to maximize experience while minimizing travel time.). Both of these methods avoid doing instances, crafting and anything else not involving gaining experience points.
